The 2026 carnival runs from Thursday 1 October through to Monday 5 October, hosted on Worimi Country by the Newcastle Yowies at Kings Park Sporting Complex, Raymond Terrace. Coverage kicks off with the Men's Draw reveal on the Thursday evening, before full match coverage begins on the Sunday and Monday. Because coverage times differ slightly across AEST, ACST, and AWST, we've broken the entire weekend down by timezone on our broadcast schedule, so there's no guesswork about when to tune in wherever you're watching from.

This year's carnival features more than 180 teams across the men's, women's, and junior competitions, and NITV will be providing its 18th consecutive broadcast of the tournament.
